As a wholly foreign funded enterprise established in 1994, our company is located in Jinjiang, Fujian Province. With the registered capital amount of USD13,000,000, our company has 8.67 hectares of factory and office buildings.
Having ceaselessly expanded over the past decade, we are now comprised of three companies - Jinjiang Xingtai spunlaced nonwoven fabric Co., Ltd., Jinjiang Nanguang Cotton Goods Co., Ltd. and Jinjiang Xingtai Cotton Garment Co., Ltd. Our main products currently include spun-bonded non-woven fabric, spun-laced and Short Handle Nonwoven Duster.
Our production facility of 15,000 square meters is equipped with 2 spun-laced non-woven fabric lines, 4 spun-bonded non-woven lines, 1 SMS line, 2 three-dimensional crimp hollow polyester staple lines and 2 non-woven bag lines. Using these sophisticated production apparatus, we can produce 12,000 tons of spun-bonded polypropylene filament non-woven fabric, 4,000 tons of spun-laced non-woven fabric, 12,000 tons of hollow polyester staples and 550 tons of non-woven bags annually.
Our company is capable of producing spun-bonded non-woven fabrics of various specifications and colors, weighing between 10 and 260g/m2, with the widths up to 3.3m. These materials have various applications, being widely used in the production of garments, footwear, caps, travel goods, bedding, sofa upholstery, medical supplies and cleaning wipes products.
Meanwhile, we are also manufacturing spun-laced non-woven fabrics of 40 to 200g/m2 weight and 80 to 200mm widths. Suitable for industrial and agricultural usage, this material is also used as the base fabric for artificial leather, and in electronic and electrical products.
